Therapy should fit your life, not the other way around. We can mix and match any of these formats depending on what you need each week:
In-Office Sessions: A quiet, private, and dedicated space to step away from your daily routine and focus entirely on your healing.
Secure Video (Virtual): Professional, confidential therapy from the comfort of your own home, office, or anywhere you feel safe across Saskatchewan.
Mobile Home Visits: If physical health limitations, chronic illness, or mobility challenges make leaving the house difficult, I bring the therapeutic space directly to your home. Available within Martensville, Warman, Dalmeny, Osler, and surrounding rural areas within a 20km radius.
Walk & Talk (Nature Therapy): We take our session outdoors, combining traditional therapy with gentle movement and the grounding benefits of nature right here in Martensville. Available within Martensville and immediate surrounding areas.
Rates & Insurance
Standard Session Rate: $150 (Applicable to In-Office, Virtual, Mobile, and Walk & Talk formats). We accept all major credit cards, debit, Apple pay, Google pay, and e-transfers.
Mobile & Outdoor Boundaries: Our $150 flat rate applies to all sessions held within our standard 20km service radius. If you live outside this boundary but still require a mobile visit, please connect with us directly prior to booking to discuss availability and potential travel adjustments. Mobile visits are not available in online booking, please call to book.
Direct Billing: Available for NIHB, Victim Services, GreenShield Insurance
Insurance Coverage: As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), my services are covered by most extended health benefit plans. Please verify your specific coverage for "Social Work" with your provider.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24-hour notice or miss their appointments will be charged for the full amount of the booked service. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illnesses, please contact Soul Simple to discuss your circumstances.
